For a broad selection of DELTARUNE songs, start with the piano scorebook for the chapter you love. For a particular piano performance, start with the arranger’s name. Those two routes can lead to different books, even when both contain “BIG SHOT” or “Field of Hopes and Dreams.”
The chapter scorebooks collect piano adaptations across each soundtrack. DELTARUNE Piano Collections is a separate series of selected arrangements by Trevor Alan Gomes. Buying a chapter book because you enjoyed his recording will get you the composition, where listed, but a different arrangement.
Which chapter is in which book?
Fangamer sells these three printed scorebooks. The first has the slightly alarming title Incomplete Piano Score: it covers Chapter 1. The newer Chapters 3+4 book covers those two chapters, rather than gathering everything from Chapters 1 through 4.
| Book at Fangamer | Piano adaptations | US price |
|---|---|---|
| Incomplete Piano ScoreChapter 1 · 40 songs | Laura Platt | $25 |
| Chapter 2 Piano ScoreChapter 2 · 47 songs | Sydney Kjerstad | $25 |

Choose by contents rather than by the biggest song count. A chapter book makes sense when you want to explore several pieces from that part of the game. If one performance is the reason you are buying, the more selective Piano Collections may be the better match.
“Field of Hopes and Dreams”: two arrangements to choose between
For Laura Platt’s adaptation, choose the Chapter 1 Incomplete Piano Score. “Field of Hopes and Dreams” appears in its contents, and the product gallery shows part of its opening page. That preview is more useful than the cover when you are deciding whether you want to read and play this version.

The same title also appears in Piano Collections, Volume 1, arranged by Trevor Alan Gomes. The matching album credits him as both arranger and performer. If his recording brought you here, choose the Gomes collection rather than assuming the Platt chapter score will follow it.
That is a musical choice, not just a choice of cover. An arrangement decides how the soundtrack’s parts fit under two hands. Knowing the tune helps you recognise the music, but it does not tell you which introduction, accompaniment or layout a particular pianist is using.
“BIG SHOT”: Chapter 2 or Piano Collections?
“BIG SHOT” is in the Chapter 2 scorebook, adapted by Sydney Kjerstad. It is also in Gomes’s first Piano Collections volume. The title alone will not distinguish them in a search result.
We would choose the chapter book for someone who wants several Chapter 2 pieces: its contents also include “My Castle Town” and “A CYBER’S WORLD?”. For someone following Gomes’s album, his collection is the direct choice. Compare the arranger credit before paying, especially if a tutorial or performance simply links to “DELTARUNE sheet music.”
Chapter 2 is not a second difficulty level. In her introduction, visible in Fangamer’s gallery, Kjerstad explains that the pieces vary in difficulty. There is no reason to treat the game’s chapter order as a piano course or to assume that buying a book commits you to learning every track.
“It’s TV Time!”: a chapter score and a new recording
“It’s TV Time!” appears in Kjerstad’s Chapters 3+4 scorebook. If you want that published piano adaptation now, this is the chapter book to inspect.

There is also Gomes’s recording of “It’s TV Time!”, released ahead of Piano Collections, Volume 2. Materia Collective has announced the album for 30 October 2026. That recording belongs to the Collections series; the existing chapter book credits a different arranger.
If the new performance is the version you want, look for a score listing that names Gomes and the second collection. An album announcement by itself does not tell you when its sheet music will be available. The older chapter book can still be the right purchase, provided you want Kjerstad’s adaptation.
“Garden of Hopes and Dreams”: the near-match to avoid
“Garden of Hopes and Dreams” is listed on the Chapter 5 soundtrack. It is a different track title from “Field of Hopes and Dreams,” and it is not in the contents of the three chapter books above or Piano Collections, Volume 1.
We do not have a matching score to recommend from those editions. Buying the Chapter 1 book because a search found “Hopes and Dreams” will not solve that request. Keep the full title when looking for an authorised arrangement, and check the actual contents before ordering a later collection.
Printed book or digital sheet music?
Materia sells Gomes’s first collection as a $24.99 paperback and a $14.99 digital sheet-music edition. Both list the same 14 selections from Chapters 1 and 2. These are US prices checked on the date above; tax and, for the paperback, delivery are extra.
The cheaper digital collection is useful if those are the arrangements you want. It is not a downloadable version of the much larger chapter scorebooks. A soundtrack download is different again: an album gives you recordings, so look for “sheet music” when you want notation.
Before choosing a whole book, pick the first piece you would actually learn. Open its available preview and compare the notation with music you already play comfortably. If a publisher does not show enough of that particular arrangement, avoid treating a general product description as a reliable grade. Our post on choosing your next piano piece can help with that decision.
For a lesson, take the recording link and the arranger’s name as well as the song title. “BIG SHOT, arranged by Sydney Kjerstad” and “BIG SHOT, arranged by Trevor Alan Gomes” are much clearer starting points than a folder labelled “DELTARUNE piano.”
