# Practis

> Practice tools for musicians: a practice diary that tracks what you actually

Practis (brand name "Practis", domain pract.is) is a web app for practising
musicians and their teachers. The core loop is: keep your repertoire in one
place, time and log your practice against specific pieces, attach the sheet music
to a piece, and mark up trouble spots that persist between sessions. There is a
free plan (up to 5 pieces) and a paid PRO plan; teachers get student management,
lesson planning and assignments.

## Score library

Free public-domain sheet music, one page per piece, with a first-page preview,
key, form, difficulty estimate, community difficulty votes and comments. Any
score can be added to a Practis account and opened in the score viewer.

Coverage: 7,406 public pages across piano, violin, guitar, voice, organ, cello,
harpsichord, flute, choir, clarinet, trumpet, viola and more, drawn from 539
composers. 579 of the best-known works carry hand-written programme notes
covering the piece's history, structure and character; the rest carry a short
factual description. Difficulty is an estimate, labelled as such, refined by
community votes.
